Description of Property
Mountain Star offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms in over 1,400 square feet in its above the crowd location. The living areas and master bedroom are designed to let you enjoy your unique vantage point viewing down on Whistler Village and across at the magnificent glacier-covered Tantalus Mountain range.
Main Floor
- Living Room - Relax in front of the gas fireplace lounging on a comfortable leather couch while watching a cable TV movie or a video on the over sized, surround sound TV/VCR. A fold down desk, complete with a fax and a telephone for your computer allows you to keep in touch with the world. Open the patio door and walk out onto a small private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the view.
- Dining Room - A large rustic pine plank table comfortably seats eight.
- Kitchen - A designer kitchen with heated slate floor features custom stainless steel appliances, pine cabinetry with granite countertop work space makes your stay a pleasure.
The Upper Level
- Master Bedroom - Features a King sized bed with lots of drawer space and a generous organized closet, telephone, clock and cable TV.
- Master Ensuite - The heated slate floor of this four piece keeps your feet warm as you slip into the jacuzzi tub to relax quietly by yourself.
The Lower Entry Level
- Second Bedroom - Furnished with a queen sized bed, bed side tables and closet.
- Third Bedroom - Sleeps three with a single bed and a bunk bed unit.
- Bathroom - the full bathroom features a large double headed walk in shower and heated slate floor.
Other Features
- Housekeeping The townhome is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. If you wish to have it cleaned during your stay, additional charges will apply. If your stay with us is over 8 days, there will be a complimentary mid-stay cleaning and linen change.
- Laundry Room Equipped with a full sized washer, full sized dryer, iron and ironing board.
- Linens and Towels are provided for your own use.
- Shuttle Service A free village shuttle stops at the entrance to Mountain Star about every 15 minutes. It will shuttle you to the Village in a few moments. The shuttle will make it not really necessary to have a car.
- Parking Secured underground parking for two vehicles is provided
